Money for Weldon!
Corby Councillors have each been allocated £1500 to
develop communities. On a proportion basis this means Weldon
will have approximately £900 from each of your Councillors.
We need to receive ideas/bids for
this. Ideas could be "improving community facilities, improving
environment, help to disabled or youth groups/ access etc.
If the application comes from a
group the council will check out such things as accounts/
constitution (if there is one)". We will not handle the money
which will come directly from Corby Council.
